I created visually appealing emails for both marketing and educational purposes, ensuring they aligned with branding and effectively communicated key messages to the audience.
Onboarding and Announcment Emails
Onboarding emails were sent to each new user in a sequence, gradually educating them about all the features we offer, ensuring a smooth and comprehensive introduction to the product.

Product announcement emails were sent out whenever we launched a new feature or updated an existing one. These emails were typically short and educational, with a clear call-to-action (CTA) encouraging users to try out the new update.

Webinar Emails
Webinar emails were sent out each time we hosted an educational webinar featuring a guest who showcased how they use Prezly and the benefits it offers.
These emails were also used for product webinars hosted by our designers and customer success teams. Each email included a registration button, allowing us to track the number of attendees.
Follow-up emails were sent out periodically to remind our customers of the upcoming event.
Feature Emails
Feature emails were sent out to educate users about specific features, especially if we noticed they were unaware of the feature or not using it to its full potential. These emails included links to Help articles and client success stories to demonstrate the benefits and encourage better usage.
